Your home should pass the test ?

Go to Google and type your homes address into the search bar.   (This is what I've heard Google does to check out it's potential new employees, if the applicant doesn't have any web presence according to Google they do not get an interview)

Does your home come up first on the list?  Does it show up more than 2-3 times on the first page?

If not, it should!  The Internet is where potential buyers are turning first to search for a home today.

Here are the results of the Google test from a couple of my listings:

Your home will be a "Showcased Listing" on Realtor.com, the #1 website that potential home buyers start their online search.  This means it will have mulitple photos, a red spinning house link to a Virtual Tour of your home, lots of customizable text, a highlighted title, and scrolling text.         See example below:
